Of course. Ultimate silence can make you deaf! And can cause you to fell too stress right?? I have an advice, think some problems to make your consciousness spin around your mind. Try to think some weird thought like for an instant, making any consequences when you sell your home,lol. Weird but this can help you to decide and get not bore.
